Bella is a funny little girl who is kind of moody, a little dramatic and very much interested in tutus & fashion particularly shoes. She can always make us smile & she loves her big brother and her dog very much. We love to listen to her pray as we have missed those sweet toddler prayers as Lawson has moved on to big boy stage and more serious praying:) Bella will pray things like "Dear God, I love rainbows and I love food. Everything is alright with me" or "I love Momma, I love Daddy and I love Lawson. thank you" Lawson has progressed to the next level and prays for special people in his life (particularly his grandparents) and asks the Lord to keep them safe because in his words "they mean a lot to me" Bella is a priss and has a mind of her own. It is safe to say she is not a friendly child but rather has to warm up to you for a good bit. Lawson never meets a stranger. Lawson loves to be the center of attention and Bella seems to have stage fright:) Her school Christmas play was the other day & she started down the aisle and just as in my sister's wedding earlier this year she realized everyone was looking at her and she stopped dead in her tracks and began wailing. So she sat in my lap during the whole program. The other tidbit is she apparently refused to wear the homemade red shirt that her class made especially for the program so when she walked in the entire 3K was in their red shirts and the entire 4K in green and there was my little princess in her cute black shirt that she was sent to school in:) Bella and her BFF Bennett love to laugh and play but they also love to fight and accuse each other of awful things like being mean and not sharing:) Once Bennett's mom walked over to ask Bella to come play and in a matter of 15 minutes she was bringing her back so I just assumed they weren't getting along and to punish them Bella was brought back home but really Bella was mad about the doll Bennett wouldn't share so she asked to be walked back home:) Our precious, good natured dog, Kimber is a gift from God because she is so easy going and let's those kids play with her any ole' way. Bella is known for pulling her nub of a tail or grabbing her hind leg and dancing around with it. Lawson is known to have sword fights with her (except Kimber can't hold hers) Kimber has been such a great outlet for Lawson because he runs around and chases her relentlessly and gets out lots of energy playing with his dog. He also loves her so much he hates to see her get in trouble and is often scolded for loving on her & getting her all wound up before school to which he says "Momma, I can't help it she is just so cute" in his little baby voice like he is talking to a child. So this non- pet loving Mom has decided every kid needs a dog:) One of the funniest things was the thing Lawson spoke today as his teacher commented on my outfit and said "Lawson, your Momma is just so cute" Lawson quickly quipped "you should see my dog" Love those beautiful, crazy, wild, high energy, often disobedient sometimes over dramatic kids of mine:)
