Lawson said the sweetest prayer mealtime prayer he has ever prayed last night at the dinner table. We normally ask him if he would like to bless the food and he normally does but he just sings his school prayer "God our Father, God our Father, once again, once again, we all thank you for our many blessings. Ahhmen...Ahhhmen. Amen. (yes three Amen's!) so last night we were taken by suprise and delighted when he prayed his very own sweet little prayer. It went like this:
"Dear God, tank you for my family & tank you for a wonderful home. Tank you for our food. And Dear Lord we pray, Amen."
Brad and I just lit up! We hope he is always thankful for our family and always thinks our home is wonderful through the years. He is a sweet little man!
One quick little story about Little Momma she is one sassy little sista' and her favorite word is "NO!" but she does love her big brother or "Ba ba" (pronounced Bob uh) as she calls him so their relationship is fun to watch. She is also very proud of her brother in the afternoons when he reveals to me how many sticks he has left at the end of the day so now she walks over to his folder and says "all five sticks" no matter the actual number. She is bragging on him I guess! We are very blessed and our cup truly overflows...to God be the glory!
